Acrow India: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and reporting of Trading by Designated Persons the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from April 01 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ended as on March 31 2026 are made public.During the closure of trading window insiders are also advised not to deal in the shares of the Company.
