Elitecon International: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in terms of Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report the trading by designated persons read with Regulation 9 (clause 4 of schedule B) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window to deal with securities of Elitecon International Limited (the Company) will remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from April 01 2026 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results to the public for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31 2026 (both days inclusive).
