This to inform you that Liquidation Process has been commenced with effect from March 23, 2018 in the matter of Ennore Coke Limited (hereinafter referred to as Corporate Debtor) vide Order No.:CA/138/IB/2018 filed in CP (IB) No. 508/IB/2017 dated March 23,2018 passed by the Honourable National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench. In terms of the said Order, Mr. Anil Kumar Birla has been appointed as the Liquidator.
