This is to inform that as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trades by Designated Persons of Raymond Limited (the Company) read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (including any amendment(s) modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereto) the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons shall remain closed from Thursday October 1 2020 till 48 hours of the declaration of Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ending September 30 2020 (the Financial Results).
The date of announcement of the Financial Results shall be informed in due course.
