Nitco Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has utilized the entire promoter contribution brought in pursuant to the Preferential Issue as per the terms mentioned under Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) Scheme.
Hence, there is no variation between projected utilization of funds and the actual utilization of funds raised through Preferential Issue of Shares.
