This is further to our disclosures dated February 22 2023 whereby it was intimated by the Company that the Honble NCLT after considering the submissions has reserved the Application for approval of Resolution Plan for Orders (RFO) in the corporate insolvency resolution process of the Company; the disclosure dated June 23 2023 whereby it was intimated by the company that the said application is listed for pronouncement of orders and the disclosure dated June 23 2023 whereby it was intimated the Honble NCLT had orally pronounced the order on June 23 2023 approving the aforesaid Resolution Plan.This is to further intimate you that a written order dated June 23 2023 approving the aforesaid Resolution Plan has been published by the Honble NCLT yesterday i.e. June 26 2023 which is enclosed herewith as Annexure A. The order was published by the Honble NCLT on its website on June 26 2023 which sets out in great detail the provisions of the Resolution Plan.
