The Company had vide the above mentioned letters intimated inter-alia that the Record Date for the First call of Rs. 25/- per partly paid equity share (including a premium of Rs. 22.50/- per share) on 31 16 350 partly paid-up equity shares would be Wednesday May 25 2022.In this regard we wish to inform you that the Rights Issue Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today fixed the period of June 06 2022 to June 27 2022 both days inclusive for payment of the First call.Further trading of the partly paid-up equity shares of the Company (Rs. 25/- paid-up - held under ISIN: IN9936B01013 on the stock exchange - BSE Ltd. shall stand suspended with effect from May 24 2022. The last date for trading of these partly paid-up equity shares will be May 23 2022. Kindly take the above for your information.
