Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, September 04, 2017 inter-alia, to consider and approve the below mentioned points:
1.To approve the appointment of Mr. Mohammed Iqbal Ali Dholakia as Chief
Financial Officer (KMP) of the Company.
2.To approve the raising of Funds.
3.Any other Business with the permission of the Chair.
In view of the above and pursuant to the Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading and to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and Designated Persons, the Trading Window/ for trading in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the period from 28th August, 2017 to 06th September, 2017 (both days inclusive). Hence all Designated Persons and their dependent immediate relatives shall not trade or deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of Companys securities during the aforesaid period when the Trading Window shall remain closed. However, exercise of stock options during the trading window closure period as aforesaid is permitted.
