Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended from time to time and as per the clarification issued by BSE vide its circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2nd 2019 regarding trading restriction period the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect (i.e. July 1st 2019) to till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30th 2019 for the Directors/ KMP Designated persons Designated Employees and their immediate relatives etc. covered under the Code.
