With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 30, 2014 regarding Financial Results for March 31, 2014, Salguti Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the correction was made at point number 14 in the PART - I of the audited financial results, containing the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.
The Company now submitted to BSE the corrected copy of audited financial results for the quarter ended and year to date period ended on March 31, 2014.
