With reference to the captioned subject we wish to inform you that the Notice convening the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Nisus Finance Services Co Limited (the Company) scheduled to be held on Thursday September 24 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) will be dispatched electronically to the Members of the Company through National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) on Tuesday September 1 2026 in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 the rules made thereunder and the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).The Company has appointed NSDL to provide and facilitate the remote e-Voting facility as well as the facility to attend and participate in the AGM through VC/OAVM.
