In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations") we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on Tuesday September 08 2026 inter alia considered and unanimously Designated Mr. Indrajyotsingh Ranjitsingh Bagga who is a qualified Company Secretary having membership number A81745 as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from September 08 2026 pursuant to Regulation 6 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. Mr. Indrajyotsingh Ranjitsingh Bagga will be responsible for ensuring compliances under SEBI Listing Regulations SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2021 and other applicable laws and regulations. The details as required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with relevant circular are enclosed herewith as Annexure to this letter. The Board meeting commenced at 04:30 p.m. and concluded at 04:40 p.m.
