IFGL Refractories: Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015

Kindly be informed that the Honble Supreme Court of India has to-day 6th January 2026 delivered a judgement thereby allowed Companys Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 7013 of 2019 (IFGL Refractories Ltd Petitioner vs Orissa State Financial Corporation and Ors Respondents). While details of reliefs accorded by Honble Supreme Court are awaited as judgement delivered is yet to be received it is understood that Honble Supreme Court has allowed Companys claim for subsidies aggregating to Rs. 11 14 750/- (Rupees eleven lacs fourteen thousand seven hundred fifty only) together with interest thereon at the rate of 9% per annum since 2003 from the Respondents.
