Further to our letter no. L-1/ 2066/MGP dated March 28 2019 we have to inform you that the Companys issue of 1650 Rated Unsecured Listed Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (Issue) was opened for bidding by investors on NSE EBP Platform on May 6 2019 . However as there was no subscription to the said Issue the said Issue stands withdrawn.
