Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 (the Act) read with the Rules made thereunder Regulation 44 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations 2015 as amended (SEBI Listing Regulations) and the Secretarial Standard on General Meetings (SS-2) issued by The Institute of Company Secretaries of India as amended the Company had provided the facility to all the Members as on November 24 2025 (the Record Date") to exercise their votes on the items of business given in the Notice through remote electronic voting system (e-voting system) provided by the CDSL.The remote e-voting period remained open from November 28 2025 (10.00 a.m.) to November 30 2025 (5.00 p.m.).
