Unison Metals: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation 9(1) of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and in compliance with the terms of Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated persons we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors Officers and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 01st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026.
