Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations we wish to inform that Mr. Samirkumar Mapara has step down from the position of the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 31st October 2019.
Further the Company has received confirmation from Mr. Samirkumar Mapara that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those which is provided in the resignation letter dated 31st October 2019. The said confirmation received by the Company by email is on 07th November 2019 is enclosed herewith.
