Statement of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2026 in prescribed format. 2. Independent Auditors Report for the financial year ended March 31 2026. 3. Declaration of Chief Financial Officer of the Company for Auditors Report with unmodified opinions on the aforesaid Audited Financial Results pursuant to Regulation 33(3) (d) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 is given as Annexure Please note that the said meeting commenced at 04.00 P.M and closed at around 7.30 P.M.
