Further to our intimation dated January 28 2023 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has inter-alia approved the Un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results and the Limited Review Report (Annexure-1) of the Company as per Indian Accounting Standards for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2022.
