Hind Rectifiers Ltd has now informed BSE that with reference to the earlier latter dated January 31, 2017 regarding convening of Board Meeting which was scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017, has been rescheduled and will be held on February 09, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
In this connection, as per the Companys Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the insiders covered under the code from February 02, 2017 to February 11, 2017 (both days inclusive).
