The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Tuesday the 8th February 2022 inter-alia fixed Friday the 18th February 2022 as the record date for the purpose of payment of second interim dividend at the rate of Rs. 5.73 ps. (Rupees Five and Seventy Three Paise Only) per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year 2021-22.
