International Conveyors: Announcement Under Regulation 30

We would like to inform that pursuant to acquisition of 24 15 000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 1 each by M/s Amaranth Daksha Private Limited a wholly-owned subsidiary of M/s IGE (India) Private Limited aggregating to 3.79% of the paid-up equity share capital of International Conveyors Limited (the "Company") by way of off-market inter-se transfer from one of the Promoters of the Company i.e. M/s IGE (India) Pvt. ltd. (seller) on 30.03.2026 and the same has been intimated under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations 2011 by both the acquirer and seller on 02.04.2026 to the Stock Exchanges and to the Company.
