KLG Systel: Adjournment of Board Meeting held scheduled on July 26, 2013

KLG Systel Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company, after discussing the financial statements for the year ended/ as at March 31, 2013, were of the view that certain important issues had to be resolved before the financial statements could be finalized such that the financial statements provide true and fair view of the financial position of the Company.

Accordingly, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was adjourned to August 03, 2013, by which time the important issues are expected to be resolved.
