Due to the delay in receipt of accounts of the fourth quarter of the Financial year 2022-23 from our Jointdevelopment partner M/s SPR Construction Private Limited the preparation of audited Financial resultsfor the quarter and year ended 31st March 2023 will take some more time and hence the BoardMeeting for consideration of audited financial results for the year ended 31st March 2023 could not beconducted on or before 30" May 2023.
