HBL Power Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on May 30 2019 inter alia has recommended a dividend of 30% (i.e. Thirty paise on each paid-up share of Rupee One) for the year 2018-19 subject to approval of members at the Annual General Meeting.
