We wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of Concord Control Systems Limited (formerly known as Concord Control Systems Private Limited) (the "Company") shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and the financial year ended 31st March 2023 for all Designated Persons Directors Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from Saturday 1st April 2023. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and the financial year ended 31st March 2023 become generally available.
