1. Consideration of Audited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter ended March 31, 2014.
Further the Company has informed that, to be in line with the requirements of the new Companies Act, 2013, the Company have closed books of accounts for financial period October 01, 2013 to March 31, 2014 (6 months). Earlier, the Companys financial year was from 1st October to 30th September.
