'Shelter Infra Projects Ltd, have expressed their interest to join hand with Bharat Shelter Development Limited for redevelopment of the project on certain terms and conditions as agreed upon in between Second and Third Party by agreement dated July 19, 2013 for the particular purpose we have collectivity incorporated new LLP entity in the name of M/s. KEVALIN INFRA DEVELOPERS LLP and has entered LLP agreement on September 14, 2016 as required.
Since as infrastructure Developer Company, this kind of agreement should be treated as in normal course of business, instead of that Company has decided to disclose due to heavy valuation of land, in which we are getting only development right by various owners of the property.
