Crizac: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

This is to inform you that meeting held on 7th January 2026 the board of Directors approved the acquisition of 51.04% of the Equity shares capital of Global Tree Careers Private Limited (GTCPL). The said acquisition is subject to fulfillment of customary conditions precedent including such other conditions as mutually agreed between the parties. Consequent to the completion of the aforesaid acquisition GTCPL will become our Subsidiary of the Company.
