JAUSS POLYMERS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/09/2020 inter alia to consider and approve 1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2020;
2. To consider and take on record the Limited Review Report on Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2020; and
3. To consider and approve any other agenda item as place on Board.
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and as per the BSE circular LIST/COMP/O1/2019-20 dated April 2 2019 the Trading Window for the securities of the Company has already been closed from July 1 2020 till 48 hour after the declaration of un-audited Financial Results i.e. September 17 2020. Accordingly the Trading Window shall reopen on September 18 2020.
