This is to inform you that the Company has subscribed 85 966 equity shares of Greshma Finvest Private Limited ("GFPL") aggregate to 0.68% (Zero point six eight percent) of the post issue paid up equity share capital in Greshma Finvest Private Limited a Company Incorporated in India for a total consideration (i.e. towards acquisition) not exceeding INR 11 86 33 080 (Indian Rupees Eleven Crores Eighty six Lakhs Thirty Three Thousand Eighty Only) by way of subscription on 30th September 2026.
