Max Ventures And Industries [Merged]: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Scheme of Arrangement

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we wish to inform that the Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Chandigarh Bench allowed the Company Petition (CP (CAA) 7/Chd/Pb/2023) for sanctioning the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement amongst Max Ventures and Industries Limited ("Transferor Company") and Max Estates Limited ("Transferee Company") and their respective Shareholders and Creditors (the scheme) and pronounced the Judgement on July 3 2023. The soft copy of the same approving the Scheme was uploaded on the NCLT website on July 6 2023. This paves the path for listing of Max Estates as pureplay NCR Focused real estate player. The certified copy of the order is yet to be received from NCLT and shall be intimated to the stock exchanges in due course.
