Tips Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30 2022 inter alia has recommended a final dlvidend @ 20% on 1 29 68 659 fully paid-up equity share capital of the company for the financial year ended March 31 2022. i.e. Rs. 2/- (Two Rupees) only per equity share of Rs. 10/- each subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meetlng of the company.
