SFL International: Appointment of Director

This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held on 1Oth January, 2018 wherein the Board of Directors has appointed, Mr. Mayank Bhandari [DIN:06478224) as Additional Director under the category of Professional executive Director of the Company.

Further,the resignation of Mr. Rupesh Balkrishna Bhoir (DIN: 07075499) from the
directorship of the Company was approved.

Therefore pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30[2) of SEBI [Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 201-5 (Regulations), the Company hereby disclose the material event as provided in the Schedule III of Listing Regulations.
