commencement of Liquidation of Sunil Hitech Engineers Limited vide its Order No. MA 2161/2019 in CP (IB) 2295/MB/2018 dated 25.06.2019 and appointed Shri. Avil Jerome Menezes as Liquidator to carry out liquidation process as per the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.
