The board has taken note of resignation letter tendered by Mrs. Nikita Roy from the post of Company Secretary Cum Compliance Officer with effect from 18th September 2026 after the close of business hours. The relevant details has already intimated to Stock Exchanges vide letter dated 08/09/2026 under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 20152. On recommendations received from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company the Board considered and approved the appointment of Mrs. Shweta Gulati (ACS- 58310) as Company Secretary in whole Time Employment with effect from 19th September 2026 in due compliance of Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 read with the rule 8 of Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules 2014.
