This is with reference to the above captioned subject and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and to inform you that due to better opportunities Ms. Pooja Gohel has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company from the closing of working hours of 1st February 2022. The Company has accepted her resignation and relieved her from responsibilities w.e.f. closure of working hours of 1st February 2022.
