Please note that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2017 has:
1. approved Audited Consolidated & Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017. A copy of the results alongwith the Auditors Report is enclosed herewith. A declaration regarding Unmodified Opinion with respect to Annual Audited Financial Results for the year ended on March 31, 2017 is enclosed.
2. declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2016-17.
Please note that June 7, 2017 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of 2nd Interim Dividend. 2nd Interim Dividend will be paid / dispatched to the equity shareholders of the Company on or before June 16, 2017.
