Camson Seeds: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Company Secretary / Compliance Officer

This is with reference to the captioned subject and Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.

The Company vide its letter dated January 6 2021 informed the Exchange that Ms. Maitri Chatterjee (ACS- 57375) has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and with respect to the same she has been relieved from the services of the Company with effect from the closing of business hours on January 20 2021.

Further Mr. Anil Kshetry Managing Director of the Company be and is hereby appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from January 21 2021.

Please treat this as compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
