Praveg Communications (India): Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and in accordance with the code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Directors Promoters Designated Employees and Specified Connected Persons of the Company we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 1 2026 for the purpose of consideration and approval of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ending March 31 2026.The Trading Window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the financial year ending March 31 2026.
