The Board of Directors at their meeting held on March 9, 2018 has inter-alia approved the following:
1.Change in the name of the Company from Pitti Laminations Limited to Pitti Engineering Limited subject to approval of the members of the Company.
2.Convening an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 for seeking their approval for change in name of the Company.
