AccelerateBS India: Closure of Trading Window

In terms of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and Prohibition of insider Trading Policy ("the Policy") the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from April 01 2026 and same will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the half year and financial year ended March 31 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for considering the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the half year and financial year ended March 31 2026 will be intimated separately in due course.
