Re-Appointment of M/s. Jay & Associates Company Secretaries to act as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the F. Y. 2024-25. 2. Approval for shifting of warehouse from Village Dahisar Mori to Ambernath and disposal of the existing plot and structures.
