Indiabulls Power Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
Further, the Trading Window of the Company, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, has been closed and it shall remain closed till August 15, 2014, in view of board meeting for the aforesaid purposes.
