OM Metals Infraprojects Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from May 16, 2016 till the declaration of the financial results of the Company and the said Trading Window shall be opened only 48 Hours after the same is made public.
