Pfizer Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Ms. Lu Hong as an Additional Director (Non-executive Woman Director) of the Company, effective December 04, 2015. The appointment of Ms. Lu Hong will be subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Ms. Lu Hong does not hold any shares in the Company.
