Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and in continuation of our intimation dated February 04 2026 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday February 11 2026 inter alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 along with the Limited Review Report issued by M/s Amit Ramakant & Co.
