Luminaire Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 04, 2014, inter alia, to transact the following :

1. To appoint Mr. Ramendra Kumar Gupta as Additional Director.

2. To appoint Ms. Sapna Gupta (Woman Director) as Additional Director.

3. To discuss the proposal for change of name of the Company from Luminaire Technologies Limited to Jagran Venture Limited as per letter dt. November 13, 2014 received from R.O.C., Maharashtra, Mumbai.

4. To appoint new Auditor in place of Auditor M/s. D.K. Chhajer & Co., Chartered Accountant (Firm Regn. No. 304128E) who has resigned.
