This is with reference to the captioned subject,National Company Law Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi convened (NCLT) adjourned meetings of Secured Creditors of Vikas EcoTech Limited (Demerged Company / Applicant Company -1) and Vikas Multicorp Limited (Resulting Company / Applicant Company -2) were held on Saturday 14.04.2018 at 11.00 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. respectively.
The requisite quorum for the above meetings were present and voting through poll was conducted at the venue of meeting for considering the Agenda of Notice of the Meeting dated 14.03.2018. The results of the voting at Meeting along with scrutinizers report shall be submitted with stock exchanges after submission of Chairperson Report before the Honble NCLT and issuance of a duplicate copy of such Chairperson Report to the company.
