Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that the Board in its Meeting held on 05th September 2026 has approved the re-appointment and re-designation of Mr. Barunpreet Singh Ahuja as the Whole-Time Director of the Company for a further period of 5 years w.e.f. 01st September 2026 to 31st August 2031 subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing AGM of the Company.
